I’ve been able to get some more information on E6X16 – And Then There Were None. It might look like Samuel may be taking the turn back toward the good side of the Force. Read the spoiler, more below the cut:

SAMUEL JOINS UP WITH SAM AND DEAN — Sam (Jared Padalecki), Dean (Jensen Ackles) and Bobby (Jim Beaver) set out in search of The Mother of All’s latest monster. While investigating, they run into Samuel (guest star Mitch Pileggi) and Gwen (guest star Jessica Heafey), who are also hunting the creature. Samuel and Bobby get into a heated fight about how to handle the case. Mike Rohl directed the episode written by Bret Matthews (#616).

This might just be the thing that makes Samuel and Dean sort of mend their fences. I’m truly hoping with the price off of Samuel’s head a la Crowley’s (Mark A. Sheppard) having pulled Samuel out of heaven, this is the way toward the Winchester brothers and Samuel becoming close in order to hunt whatever else is out there…like Mother.

Here are the screencaps and clip for Mitch’s most recent episode of SUPERNATURAL, E6X10 Caged Heat. I’m really getting worried about the future of Grampa Samuel. I don’t like that he’s at odds with Dean (Jensen Ackles) and Sam (Jared Padalecki). I really was hoping that Gampy Sam would be on the up-and-up, but I pretty much had the feeling that Samuel’s reasons for working with Crowley (Mark A. Sheppard) had to do with the possibility of getting Mary (Amy Gumenick) back from the dead. When Samuel went and retrieved that photo of his daughter, I couldn’t help but be in awe of the emotions that Mitch showed in that scene. One can tell Samuel is thinking like a father. However, my one fear is that the writing may have put Samuel into a corner as far as redemption is concerned. How could Dean forgive his grandfather for this kind of betrayal? My only feeling is that Samuel has something up his sleeve…. At least I hope he does. How funny was Castiel (Misha Collins) watching porn?

I just wanted to say that I’ll have Mitch’s last SUPERNATURAL episode Caged Heat up sometime tomorrow. I knew that Samuel’s focus was in getting Mary back from the dead. Though I’m wondering which Mary he wants back. Is it the one who became the mother and wife, or the daughter he remembered from In The Beginning? My guess is the latter. But Mitch rocked it tonight. I was impressed with him from start to finish, though I’m truly hoping they don’t have Dean (Jensen Ackles) whack him due to the perceived betrayal. With the mention there might be a season 7 in the offing, I want Mitch around for that. Note to the CW, please, oh please, oh please, do not kill off Gampy Samuel.

The end……

I’ve clipped and screencapped Mitch’s most recent episode of SUPERNATURAL called Family Matters. I was taken a bit aback by the seeming retro back to Mitch’s film SHOCKER where he played the serial killer Horace Pinker. I’m wondering if the referrence was lost on Mitch or if he got the joke. I’m really sorry for Gampy Sam, as I’m calling him. It seems like he’s damned if he does and damned if he doesn’t with Dean (Jensen Ackles). And it doesn’t look good with this alliance with Crowley (Mark A. Sheppard). Seems Dean is even more suspicious of Gampy Sam. Not good.

A little heads up on some more screencaps coming soon. Mitch appeared in another episode of SONS OF ANARCHY as that dastard Darby. Once I have everything done, I’ll post anew with the media.

I was finally able to get the media and screencaps done and uploaded to Mitch’s most recent SUPERNATURAL episode up. In a kind of sendup of the teenage angsty melodrama of the TWILIGHT films, this episode was sort of funny in places, downright scary in others. There was a lot of Mitch, which is always a good thing. I was really impressed with Jensen Ackles (Dean Winchester) performance in this. Same with Jared Padalecki (Sam Winchester). These two young talents are pretty good considering this type of genre television tends to be a little lacking in acting and talent. This show in an exception. It was also good to see Mitch being used for more than a hatrack.
