Hi guys. I just wanted to post to let you know I’ll have clips and screencaps up later tomorrow or at the latest, Sunday. Right now I’m battling a really bad viral case of Strep Pharyngitis and I’m on pain killers and antibiotics and not feeling entirely too good tonight. I’m also very tired. I do promise to try to get things updated before Monday. Please understand.

Thanks, Dianne

I’ve been able to get some more information on E6X16 – And Then There Were None. It might look like Samuel may be taking the turn back toward the good side of the Force. Read the spoiler, more below the cut:

SAMUEL JOINS UP WITH SAM AND DEAN — Sam (Jared Padalecki), Dean (Jensen Ackles) and Bobby (Jim Beaver) set out in search of The Mother of All’s latest monster. While investigating, they run into Samuel (guest star Mitch Pileggi) and Gwen (guest star Jessica Heafey), who are also hunting the creature. Samuel and Bobby get into a heated fight about how to handle the case. Mike Rohl directed the episode written by Bret Matthews (#616).

This might just be the thing that makes Samuel and Dean sort of mend their fences. I’m truly hoping with the price off of Samuel’s head a la Crowley’s (Mark A. Sheppard) having pulled Samuel out of heaven, this is the way toward the Winchester brothers and Samuel becoming close in order to hunt whatever else is out there…like Mother.

From what I’ve found on IMDB Mitch’s next episode of SUPERNATURAL will be E6X16 – And Then There Were None, and guess what? Also starring as the character of Rufus Turner is none other than Mitch’s THE X-FILES alum, Steven Williams also known as Mr. X. Happy, happy, joy, joy. A mini reunion. I really do hope that Mitch and Steven have some scenes together. It would really be a shame if the two were in the same episode and not meet. I’m hoping Samuel and Rufus come to blows. We all remember how epic Skinner and X’s fight was in E2X17 – End Game. I would just love for a return engagement. I know, I know, the guys are a little older this time around. Both Mitch and Steven still have that ‘oomph’ in them. Besides in an earlier episode of SUPERNATURAL‘s sixth season, Rufus was found kicking some serious ass. One can hope. And Then There Was None airs 25 February 2011.

Finally, SUPERNATURAL is back with new episodes. The drought is gone. We are fruitful yet again. Good promo teaser for E6X13 – Unforgiven, Mitch’s return after Caged Heat. I posted the synopsis for this one in this post SUPERNATURAL 6X13 – UNFORGIVEN SPOILER, but here is the video promo for the episode. Looks like it’s going to be a goodie. Sampa’s back!

It’s been announced by Zap2it News that the premiere of SUPERNATURAL‘s mid-season premiere has been pushed back one week and it will air 04 February 2011. More below the cut:

‘Smallville’ and ‘Supernatural’ postponed: Mid-season premieres pushed back one weekBy Carina Adly MacKenzie

January 27, 2011 5:35 PM ET

That noise you just heard was the anguished cry of fangirls and (and fanboys — sorry, didn’t mean to leave you guys out) en masse. The CW announced on Thursday afternoon that the expected Friday, Jan. 28 mid-season premieres of “Smallville” and “Supernatural” will be postponed for one week to air Friday, Feb. 4 instead.

On Jan. 28, re-runs of “The Vampire Diaries” and “Nikita” will air in the 8 p.m. EST and 9 p.m. EST slots.

We’re sad too. Don’t they know that a week is actually two years in hellatus time?

As to why the network made the change? [Update] Contrary to rumors, it’s not about possible cancellations. The CW hopes that re-airing the “The Vampire Diaries” in a timeslot that doesn’t compete with ratings juggernaut “American Idol” will help to boost total viewership.

The last-minute move is not about testing out “Vampire Diaries” and “Nikita” on Friday nights, so don’t worry — your schedule isn’t going to change. There is no danger that “Smallville” and “Supernatural” will be canceled mid-season or pulled off the schedule before Clark gets his cape and Sam gets his soul.

Ultimately, the decision is about making sure all of the excellent mid-season premieres get seen by as many people as possible.

Next Wednesday, Feb. 2, the network will air “Smallville” and “Supernatural” repeats of “Icarus” and “Appointment in Samarra,” so you can be all caught up for the series’ returns.

We’ll keep you posted as more information surfaces. In the meantime, you can check out a first look clip of Chloe’s return to “Smallville” in “Collateral” and our advance review of “Supernatural’s” return “Like A Virgin.”

We know. That doesn’t make you feel any better at all.

This means that Mitch’s return episode, E6X13 Unforgiven will also be pushed back a week. This means it won’t air until 11 February 2011. All I can say is this sucks. I was so looking foward to seeing Mitch in two weeks, not to mention I was looking forward to seeing the newly Re-Soulled Sammy. Not to forget I was looking foward to seeing Sampa (sortened form of Samuel Grampa) next week. SUPERNATURAL fans just can’t get no love.
