I’ve finally been able to clip up Mitch’s first foray on SUPERNATURAL in season 4’s In The Beginning. I had to clip it up into five different portions, but at least you can view it in its entirety. I figured since Mitch was in the bulk of the episode, why bother trying to pick out his scenes and include the entire show. So there is now all of Mitch’s SUPERNATURAL work both in the gallery and in the media site. A note too on the screencaps section. There’s quite a lot in there, I know—over 3000—but considering Mitch’s performance and the importance of his role in that episode, I thought I’d provide as many as I could. I won’t apologize…I simply won’t. I’ve also added some stills from this episode to the gallery. This completes Mitch’s season four debut on SUPERNATURAL.

I’ve finally clipped up Mitch’s scenes in the wonderful film, MAN IN THE CHAIR where he played Floyd, the step father of the main character. The film was beautiful and starred legendary Canadian actor Christopher Plummer as the titular character, former director Flash Madden. A former big name in Hollywood’s golden age whose films spurred the young Cameron Kincaid (Michael Angarano) to want to make a documentary on the conditions inside America’s Homes for the Elderly. Floyd, Mitch’s character, doesn’t think much of his stepson, of which the feelings are returned. It isn’t untl Flash intervenes that Floyd softens. As you’ll see from the clip, Mitch is only in about fifteen minutes of the film, but his scenes are pivotal as well as very well acted. This is one of my favourite Mitch performances.

One note: I had already screencapped Mitch’s scenes and uploaded them to the gallery, but when watching this film on the Canadian Sundance Channel (Chrsitopher Plummer and Cancon rules), I noticed I left out the all important end scene. So there have been about 75 screencaps added to the already bloated 1200+ in the gallery for the film Ah well, it’s Mitch.

I was hoping to get this up sooner, but I had issues with the conversion of the video to a workable format. But I finally have it. Lots of good action in this episode with Mitch playing a dual role of both Samuel and the shapeshifter. I hope everyone is enjoying Mitch’s return, I know I am.

I’m in the process of getting the screencaps and clip up. Please be a little patient. I’ll likely have everything up sometime tomorrow. Hope everyone liked seeing Mitch. I know I did. He’s gone back to being bald again…still damn sexy though. We’ve got to see him in action a little more, he’s a Campbell you know.

ETA: I’ve finally been able to get the clip ready and uploaded to a video site I’ve created solely for Mitch. It’s called….drum rollllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllll! ARTISAN MEDIA. Real original huh? I thought you’d think that. Anyways, here is the episode. Let us know what you thought of Mitch.

This is just a reminder about the premiere of season six of SUPERNATURAL and the return of Samuel Campbell and our Mitch to the small screen. Don’t forget that SUPERNATURAL has moved to Friday nights and airs at 8:00 PM Eastern Standard Time on the CW. Set your TiVos, VCRs (if you still have one) or DVD recorders. I’ll have the screencaps and clips up later in the night. Check back here for the post.
